SIRIUS Conseils was founded in 1999 by two IT managers, Daniel Roy and Benoît Godbout, joined by Jacques Godbout, a finance specialist. When it was founded, the company operated under the name SIRIUS Conseils en Technologies de l’Information. It entered the Montreal market thanks to the experience of its shareholders in the field of information technology, particularly through the management and implementation of Y2K conversion projects. His presence was quickly noticed in the financial, banking and insurance sectors. In 2001, Jacques Cusson joined the team to take charge of major projects and participate in market development.
